Refund Eligibility
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Digital reports that have been delivered are not eligible for refund
- Services not yet delivered may be cancelled for full refund
Refund Process

- Provide reason for refund request
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the report is generated. Once the astrological analysis begins, cancellation may not be possible.
